Builder: Budget-conscious finishes selected from a fixed standard palette. Prioritizes dependable, affordable materials with no fixture, finish, or trim customization. Builder+: Mid-grade finishes balancing affordability with greater choice. Offers upgraded materials and more flexibility to modify fixtures, finishes, and trim.
