Plan Your Home may also collect the answers in a saved or submitted planning brief and metadata for private reference files or links, including the original filename, file type, size, link hostname, URL, and optional note.

The site may also store referral or attribution details, such as the page where an inquiry started and campaign information included in the visit URL.

Before the contact checkpoint, Plan Your Home saves answers in this browser only. The local snapshot expires after 30 days and does not contain raw file contents or resume tokens.

Providing contact details creates a private server draft so progress can be saved. H and H may personally follow up about that project; no automated abandoned-draft reminder is sent.

Reference files upload to private storage and remain connected to the draft or submitted brief. Links are stored as part of the brief; H and H does not fetch those customer-provided links on the server.

A resume email is sent only after the visitor asks for one. The response does not reveal whether a matching draft exists.

Any available resume link is single use, expires after 15 minutes, and contains no contact information in the link. H and H does not use this feature for automated abandoned-draft or marketing messages.

Inquiry information is used to review project fit, respond to potential clients, and keep a usable record of general project inquiries and Plan Your Home briefs.

Website usage data may be used to understand which information is useful and where the visitor experience can be improved.

Browser-level storage, cookies, or similar tracking technologies may be used by the site or its analytics providers. Visitors can usually limit or clear that tracking through their browser settings, though some site behavior may become less accurate as a result.

Plan Your Home measurement is limited to start, zone completion, saved contact checkpoint, draft resume, reference kind, and submission events. Allowed properties are an anonymous session identifier, zone, prompt number, file-or-link kind, device category, and non-personal source tags; names, contact details, answers, filenames, URLs, object paths, and resume tokens are excluded.

Under the proposed Plan Your Home data lifecycle, anonymous local snapshots expire after 30 days and an identified unfinished draft can be resumed for 90 days after its last activity.

A saved or submitted Plan Your Home brief and its private files remain private in HHQ until an authorized H and H staff member manually deletes the inquiry. Permanent deletion also removes its saved resume material and private files.

H and H Advancement LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the website and project inquiry process, but no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

A general project inquiry or Plan Your Home brief starts a conversation. It is not a design, price, estimate, feasibility decision, promise to perform work, or contract.

Submitting either path permits project-related contact under the disclosure shown with that submission. It does not provide marketing consent or create a client relationship.

Anyone who wants to ask about information submitted through the site, request an update, or request deletion should contact H and H Advancement LLC directly by email.
